Welcome to SeaVectors

Meet SeaVectors: official ENC charts, route planning, live marine conditions, AIS awareness, and onboard instruments in one professional navigation workspace.

Professional marine navigation, wherever you take the helm

SeaVectors brings official ENC charts, route planning, live marine conditions, AIS awareness, and your boat's instrument data into one focused navigation workspace. It is designed for coastal cruising, fishing, passage planning, and professional operations — with the chart kept at the center of everything.

Unlike a street map extended over the water, SeaVectors works with official NOAA ENC coverage for the United States and detailed vector charts for the Canada West Coast. S‑57 chart data is portrayed with S‑52 symbology, so soundings, contours, hazards, lights, and restricted areas remain clear and useful at every zoom level.

New to ENC? An Electronic Navigational Chart is an official vector chart. Because its features are data rather than a flat picture, SeaVectors can show details intelligently, respond to your settings, and stay sharp as you zoom.

What you can do with SeaVectors

Who it is for

SeaVectors works equally well as a capable companion to a fixed chartplotter or as the primary planning and navigation workspace aboard a small craft. New boaters get approachable explanations and sensible defaults; experienced mariners get real ENC detail, configurable portrayal, live instruments, and the controls they expect.

A useful first ten minutes

  1. Install SeaVectors and start the 30-day full-access trial.
  2. Allow location access so the chart can show your vessel, COG, SOG, and nearby conditions.
  3. Open your usual cruising area and explore the chart styles and layers.
  4. Create a short route and run the simulation.
  5. If your boat has a compatible WiFi gateway, connect its NMEA data and add the gauges you care about.

Continue with 01 · Getting Started for a guided setup, or explore 11 · Route Planning & Simulation to see how SeaVectors helps you prepare before departure.

Try the complete navigation experience

The 30-day free trial includes full access, so you can evaluate SeaVectors with your own cruising area, routes, and onboard equipment before deciding whether to subscribe.

Install it while you are online, open the waters you know, and try planning a real trip. That is the fastest way to see whether SeaVectors belongs at your helm.

Navigate responsibly

SeaVectors is an aid to navigation. It does not replace official charts required for your voyage, a proper lookout, or prudent seamanship. Always verify critical information and use all available means to navigate safely.
